Summer E-Blast- July 19, 2020
President’s Summer Message
As I write this message the total number of COVID infections reported in the United States is approaching 3.5 million and in Howard County cases are approaching 3,000. If you are able and looking for ways to help families with children who are facing loss of income due to the pandemic, I highly recommend volunteering your time with Columbia Community Care to help “shop” (food, water, diapers, toiletries, etc.) at one of two local churches, and deliver those items. Social distancing is strictly enforced. As the list of people in need continues to grow, so does the need for volunteers. Please follow this link for more information and to sign up to help: Sign Up Link
We are blessed to have our very own chapter COVID task force made up of chapter mothers who will provide information and guidance to keep us all safe. At this time until further notice, we will be planning to hold our grade group, mother’s meetings and all upcoming activities virtually. As always, I am available to listen to you cynthiabell@mac.com. As we navigate through these challenging times the safety and the physical and mental well-being of our chapter moms, dads, children and teens will continue to be a priority.

Corresponding Secretary's Note
Greetings Mothers,
I am excited to publish the release of this new E-Blast platform! The major focus for its redesign was to make it more visually appealing by creating various elements and features. I also attempted to streamline the process in which we retrieve and access webpages, shared folders, documents, and other resources.
I hope you will enjoy navigating this new E-Blast design!
If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns, I am just a phone call, e-mail, or text away. I value your perspective and welcome your feedback!
Love and blessings,
Khudayja
