The Power of Sisterhood, Self-Care, and Self Reflection
Each attendee received a beautiful journal for self-reflection and were treated to a dynamic panel of Jack & Jill moms, moderated by President Kimberly Husley of the Prince George’s County Chapter. There was not a dry eye in the ballroom after Mother Lesli Foster of the Potomac Valley shared her story involving our own Aim for Healthy Living Chair Claire Frasier Dawson. It was a wonderful afternoon spent with sister moms in which everyone came away with a new perspective on how to define and make time for self-care.
